9月22日消息,近日,柔宇科技正式推出新一代折叠屏手机FlexPai 2,FlexPai 2使用了柔宇自主研发生产的第三代蝉翼全柔性屏,该屏幕通过了中国计量科学院权威测试认证,可承受180万次0到180°往复弯折而不损坏。

中国计量科学研究院(NIM)是国家最高的计量科学研究中心和国家级法定计量技术机构,根据中国计量院测试报告显示:将柔宇 7.8 寸蝉翼三代全柔性屏固定在水平测试平台上,屏幕的开合角度为0-180度、外折半径为R5、拉伸负重为1kg的测试条件下,按照60次/分钟的速度进行测试,该屏幕在完成180万次的测试完成后屏幕无分层、无断裂、无肉眼可见老化、点亮后显色/灰度正常。

据了解,柔性屏由上百层不同的功能膜层堆叠而成,层与层之间遍布大量的微元器件与精密电路,屏幕耐折性作为折叠屏手机最为关键的技术指标,其背后是综合的技术攻关。一次简单的折叠,不同材料的形变恢复系数及内外层弯折曲率的差异,都可能造成膜层分离,使用过程中也会出现膜层滑移,这些现象都会导致柔性屏出现折痕、断裂、褶皱、蠕变等问题,这需要从基础物理、化学、材料、电子工程、机械工程等众多学科做底层技术创新和突破。毫不夸张的说,这是一项非常前沿的尖端技术。

FlexPai2配备的第三代蝉翼全柔性屏之所以能突破屏幕折叠的极限,得益于柔宇独有的智能力学仿真模型和超低温非硅制程集成技术(ULT-NSSP)路线。通过智能力学仿真模型,能够快速计算不同材料、层叠方式可达到的柔性性能和稳定性、可靠性,再通过实验对比验证,对材料、层叠方式参数进行矫正,形成材料力学参数数据,从而极大地提高了研发效率,快速实现量产。而超低温非硅制程集成技术(ULT-NSSP)路线令屏幕稳定性得到大幅提升,达到类镜面平整度,很好的解决了此前折叠屏手机易出现折痕、断裂等问题。
