一、基本面情况
海关总署数据显示：2024年11月份，中国原油进口量为4852.1万吨，环比增加8.6%，同比增加14.3%；2024年1-11月份，中国原油进口量累计为5.06亿吨，同比下降1.9%。从进口来源国的情况来看，俄罗斯为中国最大的进口原油来源国，沙特阿拉伯再度反超马来西亚位列第二的位置，马来西亚则排名第三。海关数据显示，11月份，中国原油进口排名前五位（按国别）的是：俄罗斯、沙特阿拉伯、马来西亚、伊拉克和巴西，进口量占比分别为17.8%、14.3%、13.9%、12.6%和7.7%。从排名前三的进口来源国数量来看：进口俄罗斯原油864.3万吨，同比下降4.0%；进口沙特阿拉伯原油696.3万吨，同比增加5.4%；进口马来西亚原油674.2万吨，同比增加72.1%。

四、技术面分析
国际原油价格盘中小幅上涨。截至北京时间12月23日14点，WTI2月原油期货最新报每桶69.82美元涨0.36美元成交8726手，布伦特2月原油期货最新报每桶73.27美元涨0.33美元成交4640手。
从技术形态上来看，KDJ指标线三线基本保持平行，表明油价趋向震荡；MACD指标线双线收口，红色动能柱减弱，标志着油价走势趋向震荡。日内WTI需关注67-72美元/桶区间运行，布伦特需关注70-75美元/桶区间运行。

五、重点关注
据四名相关人士透露，俄罗斯德鲁日巴（Druzhba）管道的石油供应自12月19日以来已暂停。德鲁日巴管道一直通过白俄罗斯向匈牙利、斯洛伐克和捷克共和国供应俄罗斯石油，并将哈萨克斯坦的石油输送到德国。德鲁日巴的原油输送量约为30万桶日，为匈牙利和斯洛伐克的MOL炼油厂提供原料。

今日（12月23日），国际原油盘中上涨，时间临近圣诞节与新年，市场投资者观望情绪升温，当前油价整体保持区间震荡走势，投资者等待供给端新的变化。经济面上，美国11月消费者支出增加，对各种商品和服务的需求强劲，凸显经济韧性。此外，美元指数从近两年高位回落，以美元计价的国际原油受此支撑。
